| Well, on one side, Extol. But I do not fully agree with it either... because I also enjoy their new work. Even though it's so different.
Oh well, in my opinion Immortal Souls went completly wrong productionwise. It sucks. Also Anaal Natrhakh is getting pretty boring, their new material doesn't even come close to The Codex Necro. The same goes for Sanctifica, In the bleak midwinter still remains unbeaten.
And Kekal should return to their 1000 Thoughs of Violence-sound. But that's just my opinion.
Or do you mean unchristian with 'wrong'? In case you do then Slechtvalk didn't go 'wrong. They just started singing about fairytales becuz that's whatz c00wl today. I'd rather see them do that then the combination of both ( which can be found on their 2nd album ).

| i don't agree about underoath. the changing of times was a great album, especially the song angel below. okay, they're only chasing safety was real catchy, but there's some cool songs on it.. and define the great line was something amazing that no-one really expected.
but i guess it's just bad to like them because they're "so emo". =P well, shucks for me then.
i think the best example of bands gone wrong is mortification. even thoug i love erasing the goblin.. it's wayyy better than i expected [even though max said it was a horrible album. never trust reviews]. brain cleaner was just.. mblghluhhgh. and i've heard relentless was even worse.

| I can't say a band 'goes' wrong, because they go the exact direction they feel like going, so they're only letting some fans down from time to time. I think Slechtvalk got better with every release Eluveitie for me, their albums got too polished. I loved the rawness of Ven. | |

| YES! he's the only reason I don't listen to that record at all. The music is not bad... That's just fun I like that song. Musically I think "Psycho Surgery" is better then "Stop The Bleeding" (except for some songs) Just like Guns 'n Roses, they have one really strange song on "Use Your Illusion II". Doesn't fit in at all, but that just makes it all the more funnier. | |

| To me Becoming The Archetype set one step backwards when they went from "Terminate Damnation" to "The Physics of Fire". But Seth (guitar and keys) told me their new album will even top the breakdown in The Epigone from "Terminate Damnation" (you know, when Jason screams "THERE IS NO OPPOSITION"). So I hope he doesn't blow over | |

| Armageddon Holocaust got worse Into Total Destruction was freaking BRUTAL, and on Radioactivezone 245 they start to use freaking wobbly electrosounds and it just lacks the atmosphere of ITD. Nekrofonik was better than Radioactivezone 245, I love the Misantropic song, but then Demonsuctionsystem screws the entire cd! 10 minutes worth of boringness... I always skip it. I kind of agree on Antestor, they got worse, but they still rule! The Forsaken is an excellent album, it's just less emotional and sorrowful then TDoS and Martyrium. That's what I liked about Antestor. RotBD is nice, Sorg is freaking awesome! But overall I like Martyrium and TDoS best! | |
