I life next to Elten and have worked their for over a year in an Hotel.
They only spoke german there accept for two other employees.
My grandma is german and I can also be found in Emmerik once in a while.
So yes, through the years I do understand the german language.

And besides of that I also learned the basics during my time on HAVO.

Oh that's very fine.
But you will get some problems I think, when you read my poems who I wrote at the last time.
(I will post them time to time)
German poetry can be so dfiffcult that also the germans themselves don't understand what the artist is saying.

Understandable.
I'm a better listener/ speaker then reader but I'll try to figure them out.
Poetry is allways nice to explore.

Yes that's true and I will be glad to have here somone who understands what I#m writing, but you will never get my meanings.
When in german it's hard to understand it, how will you get it?
But try it.
If you're interested I will try to explain it to you.
And also it will be a very nice exercise for you.^^
