The Indepence of Ghent

I'm off to the declaration of independence of the town I live in xD
some people started the NGA (new alliance of Ghent)
and are declaring Ghent an independent state with an emperor.

search 'NGA or Nieuwe Gentse Alliantie' to know more about it,
although I'm sure the non-Dutchies won't be able to understand.

Our town is so insane,
it's one of the only places in Europe they just do this kind of funny madness,
but it's all fun.

How is the EU headed? I know nothing about it...

I think the EU has its good things, but I like every nation to have its own superior government...

I think the EU isn't doing all that good,
neither is America,
I'm interested to see what'll happen when they will let Turkey join the EU if it happens..

I thought this was a sweet initiative here,
sadly enough it was not 'serious',
but yeah, fun none the less.
