Americans love this kind of white trash/Drama stuff, so people write scripts and make this stuff up. Then the producers/whoever go out to trailer parks and run down cities and find these kind of trashy women/people, and tell them :

"Hey we'll pay you a hundred dollars if you come on our show and pretend to be a 15 year old whore"

"Ok cool I'll do it!"

There is nothing real about "reality" tv. It's all scripted and made up.

Think about it, you can't make up something as hilarious as a woman scared of cotton balls who has nightmares about men made of cotton trying to kill her by shoving cotton in her mouth.

This story is perfectly believable since I know a girl who had sex over 350 times in the space of just a few months though it was with the same person and she was around 16-17 instead of 15. Surprisingly she did not get pregnant.
